Excellent pizza with plenty of toppings

Food arrived late , pizza looked as though it wasn’t cooked and fish didn’t taste fresh .called the shop over 15 times to cancel order but couldn’t get through then when it arrived poor quality called shop and advised of this Lindsay say £20 behind counter for us and said issue with new system. I would be grateful if you just refund my money thanks
